I was on the road, practically since the past 3 weekends.

We were in Mersing, Muar and Kuala Lumpur for an engagement and wedding throughout the weekend. The journey continues on the following week for baking course task in Ayer Hitam, again to Kuala Lumpur for another wedding preparation and finally we end the rally for a makeup task, wedding cakes, cupcakes, dessert and wedding decoration around Mersing.

This beautiful Monday morning I am feeling physically exhausted but I am grateful and very happy with the experiences and amazing journey.

It was a strike time for Mira when I'm arrived Kuala Lumpur during preparation on her niece aqiqah ceremony.

Just gave extra hands for simple flower arrangement, decorations and detail at baby Dameer cradle in the middle of the house. With some lighting, toys and balloon look like a fairy tale garden, they all bring harmony to each other.

We end that night with some photos of lovely details and the expression of love.

Pineapple Tarts, a classic Chinese New Year cookies that everyone loves!

Considered a "festive cookie", pineapple tarts are usually consumed during the Chinese New Year season. While pineapple tarts are usually eaten during the Chinese New Year, they are sold all year round by commercial bakeries and by souvenir stores serving tourists.

For the whole year without failure, i will bake a pineapple tarts according to the order for any season especially during Hari Raya, Chinese New Year and Christmas. Making pineapple tart is not that easy as some of you think. Even the process of making pineapple jam is just a breeze. Starts from peeling pineapple, painstakingly gouge out the eyes from the fruit, grated and finally spend four to five hours stirring over the hot stove until the pineapple mixture changed color from bright yellow to golden brownish.

So here i am sharing with you a few picture for the whole process of making pineapple tarts with homemade pineapple jam!

Hye guys..its almost new year 2011 and i just had a time to upload a new reception set up picture done by pretty things & team.

There is a story behind this receptions, as usual we prepared all stuff day ahead to set up on the next morning but it was a heavy rain till evening makes me worry this wedding could not happen as planned.

But alhamdulillah weather looks good when i woke up the next morning..trying to work as smooth as we can before reception start at 5pm. Such the best team i ever had so far and we managed to finish everything on the dot...yeahh!

These cup cake story is all about Ahim & Izan for their engagement day.
Izan decided with the black & white as the theme color but engagement without sweet color will not be that romantic i guess.
So after a few discussions, we decided to add some pinkish tone just to get a little romance mood.
