Homemade sugar flower

Sugar flowers are a fabulous creation consisting of an almost porcelain like consistency.  Made from a sugar dough known as gumpaste they are edible confections that add such beauty to a cake it is unbelievable. Pretty Things sugar flowers are sculpted and hand painted with sable brushes like fine art and arranged to perfection.

Toffee drop chicago cheesecake

This soft and creamy and lovely cheesecake make a suitably impressive and indulgent end to a dinner party for my lil brother birthday.

Its a nice dessert for any special celebration or buffet party as it was so sweet and the texture is dense so only a small slice is needed. And if you like, this pud can also serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream then eating it on its own.

This cake though, could even be created by a novice. When it comes to last minutes order, this confectionery version doesn't look the least bit old fashion and I guess it would stand out at a contemporary party for 11 years old birthday girl-Farhamaizatulrahmah.

For something so small, the hors d'oeuvre plays a surprisingly big role in any celebration. I made this finger food with delicious, fresh ingredients and most important is i've made it with lots of fun and love for the opening photography exhibition somewhere in Kuala Lumpur.
